Recycling Of Waste Oil

Recycling of waste oil is for LDO/FO Sludge, Furnace oil, Tank bottom Sludge, ETP sludge, Slop Oil and all types of waste oil.
Re cycling of waste oil is done by following unit process:

Filtering

Filtration is a technique used either to remove solid impurities from an organic solution or to isolate an organic solid. The two types of filtration commonly used in organic chemistry laboratories are gravity filtration and vacuum or suction filtration.

Gravity Filtering

This method uses gravity to reach the goal of separation through filtration. The most familiar technique is probably filtration of a solution through a paper filter held in a funnel, allowing gravity to draw the liquid through the paper.

Centrifuging

An apparatus that rotates at high speed and by centrifugal force separates substances of different densities, as sludge oil and waste oil. Also, centrifugalize. to subject to the action of a centrifuge.

Heating & De-hydration

Heating: – Clean Burn waste oil heater equipment is engineered from the ground up exclusively to burn waste oils. The advanced waste oil burner design also burns standard fuel oil for added versatility. For reliable Free HEAT from waste oil and other waste oils, better get a clean burn!

De-hydration

The Waste oil from either of these tanks is then pumped by dehydrator feed pump to dehydrator via fine duplex filter. The oil in the dehydrator is circulated by dehydrator circulation pump through dehydrator circulation heater which provides heat required for dehydration. Hot oil from the hot oil unit is circulated to dehydrator circulation heater for heating the circulating oil.
